1. Yoga & Ayurveda for Weight Loss (6 weeks begins July 16 thru August 13) - $96 for 6 weeks

2. FREE Introduction to Landmark Forum - Special evening about the Landmark Forum is being led by Landmark Forum leader Barry Terry, the subject of the meeting is Happiness.  This Wednesday evening (June 25) 7-10:15 pm at Landmark Education Center in Edina, MN, please call Karen for directions and reservations (it is free, but fills up - I do have a reservation to bring one guest).  952-451-8045 (my cell phone)

3. Rebirthing Workshop  July (call for date)   - $125 (group rebirthing - very small group - even a couple may do this together- highly recommended)

4. Ayurveda - Eating for Summer - Saturday at 11:00 a.m. $30 with Dr. Asavari Manvikar, Ayurveda Specialist

5. Kids Yoga with Mita Shah - July 12th Saturday 11:00-12:00 pm

6. Reiki I - Certification course - learn how to do reiki for yourself, family & friends - first level of training (there are 3).  July 25th - $125 (register online or call Karen)

Costa Rica Retreat - 7 full days & nights of yoga, meditation, relaxation, rejuvenation and play in the tropical rainforest mountain retreat center called Samasati on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica - this is a 4-star resort - 4 stars in Costa Rica also takes into account Sustainable.  The place is an unbelieveable ecosystem, beautiful and haunting - the experience will stay with you forever.  Go to workshop page to register or call Karen for more information (more info is also on the Retreats page on this website).  The retreat cost is $1498.  With airfare & additional expenses the trip cost is around $2500.
