Working Women's Chillin' Party, Sunday, September 19, 1:00-4:00 p.m. register

This is for all women - (all women work!).  We work too many hours, have more demands at home...this day is just for women to chill out.

A time to practice self-nurturing at Yoga Prairie.  The session will begin with some Restorative yoga - a very relaxing yoga practice that requires no experience and little energy output on your part.  You will be gently guided into supported yoga poses to unlock your breathing and melt away tension.  Further melting will happen during your chair massage.

During the practice, Karen will teach you some simple relaxation techniques and also share her favorite aromatherapy (essential oil) with you to help you further relax.

Then a re-energizing time with inspirational talk (with a light snack)  by
