Vincent Butler, RYT

Vincent has been teaching at Yoga Prairie since we opened and has been a yoga practitioner for several years.  Vincent began his journey in yoga because of a back injury.  His passion is for the anatomy of yoga and he also is currently studying Kundalini yoga.  Vincent has been teaching beginners at our studio.  This is a rare talent.  Anything you want to know about yoga?  Ask Vincent!  He teaches Beginners and Level 1-2 on Tuesdays.  Vincent also teaches workshops on Kundalini and meditation.
