Prenatal yoga is for expecting moms who want to prepare for baby and childbirth. The class will include yoga poses specific for pregnancy and poses modified for the safety of the pregnant student. Breathing is an important aspect of yoga, growing a baby and childbirth, so this will also be explored. First 6 week session begins March 14th - April 18, then April 25 thru May 30, Wednesday evenings, 6:30 p.m.
