                                                Niki Scarpa, RYT200

                                                Niki began practicing yoga in 2002 and is grateful to have the opportunity to share the benefits of yoga with others.  She received her 230 hour teacher training at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis and, as a lifelong student, continues to seek knowledge through continued training and personal study. Her classes are a blend of the styles that inspire her and she teaches them in a soft way, encouraging her students to move mindfully, to stay present in the moment, and to find balance, comfort, and joy in the practice. In dedication to improving the lives of people living with disabilities, Niki volunteers her time to adaptive yoga classes and also offers private sessions tailored to the individual needs of each of her students.
