What class should I start with?

At Yoga Prairie, our teachers have extensive training in yoga, all having completed more than 200 hours plus additional teacher education.   It is a good idea to begin with a Beginner's yoga class or an Eischen's yoga class to make sure you learn proper alignment in the yoga asanas (poses).
Our 7:30 am Saturday class and 6:00 pm Sunday class are also appropriate for beginners.

Even advanced yoga students find that they benefit greatly from attending our beginner classes.  If you have practiced yoga before, feel free to contact us and let us know what type of yoga you have taken and what you like.  We can help you choose a class you will love.  Class descriptions
