Yoga & Massage Packages

 

Single Class Price

  • Lunch Time classes:  $12

  • Regular Classes (Pilates, Qigong, Yoga):  $15

Class Package prices:  (expire in 12 months & includes yoga, mat Pilates & Qi Gong classes)

  • 5-class package: $65

  • 8 class: $96  

  • 16 class $177

  • 25 class: $250 (New students get a yoga mat with this package!--retail value $23.99!)

CURRENT SPECIALS:

8 Classes in 8 weeks - $80 - for 8 week sessions (expires in 8 weeks)

Senior Class Price:  6 weeks session:  $54 ($10 drop-in) expires in 6 weeks.

New Students:  Purchase a 25 class package (good for one year) and you receive a yoga mat too (excludes Manduka mats) - (value of mat $23.99+tax retail)  If you are a current student and did not take advantage of this special before, let me know! (Karen)

 

 

 

Unlimited Class Package Pricing:

  • Monthly Unlimited Yoga package:  $120

  • Monthly Unlimited Yoga Package 6  month commitment:  $105/monthly

  • Monthly Unlimited Yoga: 12 months: $100/monthly

Weight Loss Boot Camp:  $280/month includes

  • Unlimited classes including: Mat Pilates classes; Yoga, Group support/weigh-in

  • 3 weekly cardio workouts/weights at local gym

  • nutrition workshop

this program is 12 weeks long, $840 total

price.  Optional: add personal wellness coaching (2 hrs/monthly) $130/month; Optional:  Yoga, Nutrition & Nurture Retreat in March $394 (double occupancy) weekend. (more info to come)

 

Coaching or Private Yoga Sessions

  • Arranged by appt. with Karen Soroko, E-RYT is $75/hr at the studio.  $120/hr. offsite (ask about offsite packages).  Ask about Senior discounts & packages.

About our Teachers

 

Massage Therapy:

60-minute: $60 + tax

90-minute $90 + tax

Our massages are priced at the mid-range, we have an experienced massage therapist, but it is still reasonably priced for you.  We are fortunate to have Susan McCarl on staff.  She is a full-time massage therapist employed in a healing center, formerly full-time at Juute in Minneapolis.
