Lydia is a Certified Massage Therapist and member of the International Massage Association. She began her healthcare career in Pre-Nursing school in 1994 where she completed her generals and continued on into long-term care facilities to care for geriatric clients with Alzheimers. She remained there and began her studies and interest in preventative medicine and massage therapy. She graduated from the Minnesota School of Business in 2002 with her Massage Certificate, with highest honors. She has since worked at a Salon/Spa for the past 5 years as a massage therapist and instructor. She enjoys all types of massage modalities and will utilize various forms to create a custom program to fulfill a safe and positive outcome for you the client.
