For those who have practiced Ashtanga previously, this session will be a led full primary series class. Ashtanga is strengthening and detoxifying, calming & clearing the mind.
Modified primary series classes are slightly less strenuous, due to the class being 75 min. instead of 90.  You will feel calm, clear & happy after this class!

Know Your Body Type Seminar       Workshops   Know Your Body Type A holistic approach to heal mind/body, aging prevention, improves digestion. Know yourself so you can bring your body into balance. 1) Three types of basic body elements, their functions and role 2) What is body type? Its significance 3) More discussion, case presentation. Yoga for pre-birth

Pre-Natal Massage (limit 8 students). Bring a partner, a sleeping bag. and pillow. (For 2nd-3rd trimester unless ok by doctor for 1st)

Prenatal Yoga is a special class for expecting moms designed to help them meet the challenges and transformations of pregnancy and birth with strength, confidence and calm. Prenatal Yoga incorporates gentle, safe movements and stretches to strengthen and open your body; breathing exercises to increase calm, focus and balance; and relaxation techniques to release deeply held tensions and to promote the well-being of yourself and your baby. Connect to your innate wisdom of the process of birth, and bring your awareness to the spirit of your baby as you learn safe, effective yoga poses for each trimester and breathing techniques that will prepare and relax you for a smooth labor. Spend time with other pregnant women sharing experiences and concerns.

 Yoga for Menopause       Workshops   Yoga for Menopause Menopause, especially the years leading up to it, can be a challenging time in a woman's life. This transition brings with many discomforts, emotional, physical, and mental. This workshop will guide you through how to use yoga to help decrease the intensity of the symptoms of perimenopause. Specifically, we will discuss hot flashes, irregular cycles, depression & erratic mood swings, fatigue, and insomnia.

 
 
 Yoga for Menstruation       Workshops   Yoga for Menstruation Curious about what you can do with yoga to help your cycle? This workshop will study the effect of yoga on your cycle and discuss what to do and what not to do.
