Our philosophy: Set your intention, then practice. You can use yoga to find your true self - you are whole, complete and perfect. The discipline of yoga helps to develop your own self awareness and find your inner calm, joy. How? By quieting the mind-chatter.
Our Classes:
In Beginner Classes: We provide instruction on how to do the asana - yoga - poses correctly. You will learn the proper alignment for your unique body. You will learn how the poses strengthen and benefit your body.
In Hatha Yoga Classes (beginner, Levels 1 and 2) You will learn more about how to breathe properly in the yoga asanas (poses), you will gradually hold the poses longer, learn more benefits of each pose, and get to know the subtleties of your yoga practice...going deeper mentally and physically.
Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket classes: Each yoga teacher has their own unique teaching style, in these types of yoga classes, you will learn how to move through the poses with the foundation of your attention on your breath, developing greater body awareness, strength, detoxifying your body, gaining in flexibility and endurance. These practices give one a sense of youth, lightness and well-being at any age.
